When you can not know something in Technical and you want manage your team.
There are two methods. Firstly, you can give your stuff power to control themselves (No good).
Secondly, you need to know it really that no matter how old are you or how about your ability.
As you do, your stuff will truly understand you are really want to do something with him. Moreover, from base view, you will have good architecture.
If Head just want to focus the words in presentation, your stuff will just focus on it, which will influence your stuff just only can(ability) arrange document. Thus, just do it and handle the document as far as you can.
The Financial people set up the increase rate of budget. However even we did not modify anything, the increase rate already over increase rate. (What a stupid thing!)
The root cause is nobody can face the real issue. What’s kind of event do we increase expense?
Do not just ‘CUT’.
How do you control your temper as you are in disturbing situation is a lesson?
Management With ‘Data Report’
To control meeting in whole view, you can not just put focus on first presenter. It should put quick review and detailed review.
Do not afraid to face real issue and talk too high and something you can not see.
Before you make proposal, do some gap and field research to realize the current issue.
Lesson Learned (KM) discussion is necessary to talk about human factor.
Everybody can think and talk, but only smart guy can narrow down each one's opinion and become a effective knowledge (I think this is the future trends of ability).
Before I do lesson learned project, I focus on the implementation of Platform. After it, It is unnecessary to go into tools too quickly, cos tools is not only issue. Even We have nice platform, we still can not have nice document that can put on platform.
Finally, the real reason to make lesson learned (KM) successful is a good bonus to help RD motivate himself to achieve the goal. (Life->Project->Bonus->Life).
Powerpoint skill is also a tool to help content more powerful.
